Bringing behavioral services to preventive care
The PetTelligence mission is twofold:
- Placing behavior at the heart of preventive pet care by equipping pet parents to raise happy, thriving, trouble-free pets from the start
- Addressing behavior concerns with streamlined consultations, personalized pet parenting plans, trusted education, and library links to reputable trainer and behaviorist groups

Who we are

PetTelligence was founded and developed by behavior trailblazers Rolan Tripp, DVM, CABC, and Susan L. Tripp, MS (Psy), CDBC. With decades of hands-on experience, pet behavior education, curriculum development, and veterinary practice ownership, Dr. Tripp and Susan have devoted themselves to improving pet emotional well-being through online client education.
Pioneers in puppy and kitten socialization, training programs, and veterinary consultations, the Tripp’s combined experience at the intersection of pet physical and emotional health revealed a clear solution to a real need: Pet behavior insights and training tips delivered directly to clients online and branded to the veterinary practice, trainer, or provider.
What began as daily-to-weekly puppy, kitten, dog, and cat parenting e-courses is today’s PetTelligence™ AI-assisted Pet Behavioral Health Screenings—providing instant reports, suggested protocols, one-year interactive pet parenting basics plans, a self-help video library, and behavior analysis reports based on an extensive online history. Monthly reminders encourage pet parents to continue learning, plan progress, and stay connected to the business provider (links included in the plan).
